Mlle. Godard (fl. late 1860s)
Very little can be said of Mlle. Godard other than she was just one of a small army of beautiful young actresses and chorines working in Paris in the 1860s and 1870s. On the other hand, Nadar, her famous Parisian photographer on this occasion, captured himself in a similar pose, no doubt inspired by his own aerial trips across the French capital.
